Your Office Home and Student 2019 product key will be provided to you with your order. Please keep this key confidential at all times.

Prior to attempting activation, we recommend calling us at 1-800-948-3572 ext. 3 so our tech support team can assist you with the activation.

If you're comfortable doing it yourself, here are the instructions Microsoft provides for activating and installing the software:

1. On your Windows PC, copy this link — https://drive.google.com/file/d/1upQ5-BcoP2T5S45OlcZEZxd5cC-2dEnD/view?usp=sharing — and paste it into your internet browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) to download the ISO file for Office Home and Student 2019. If Office has already been installed on your device by us, you can skip this step and simply double-click MS Word to open it.
2. Once the file has downloaded, double-click on it to open it. A new pop-up window should appear with a setup file — double-click the setup file to begin installing Office.
3. Once installed, you should see applications for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Clicking on any of these should open the application.
4. Before entering your product key, make sure you are signed into the correct Microsoft account. This prevents the license from being tied to the wrong account.
5. Enter your 25-character product key when prompted. Once accepted, the key will instantly be tied to the account you're signed into.

Important: Successful activation ties the license to the Microsoft account used during setup. For any future reinstallation, you'll need to sign in with that same account to reactivate — the key itself cannot be reused on a different account.
